Vector the Crocodile is a fictional anthropomorphic crocodile from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Vector is the current leader and head honcho of the Chaotix detective team who debuted in the game Knuckles’ Chaotix. Large and imposing with a kind heart beneath his scaly exterior, Vector is always ready to take jobs that pay good money, but is also always willing to help those in need for free. Vector’s trademark accessory is a set of headphones which he always listens to, even during missions. Espio the Chameleon is a fictional, anthropomorphic chameleon from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Espio is an expert ninja and a part of the Chaotix Detective Agency. There, he works together with Vector the Crocodile and Charmy Bee to solve whatever cases they are given, where he puts his skills to good use. While initially a hothead when introduced, Espio has since become a calm, serious and disciplined person whose wariness and soulful character makes him a vital member of his team and balances out the goofiness of his friends. The Chaotix, also sometimes referred to as Team Chaotix, are a group of heroes from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. They were originally created for the video game Knuckles’ Chaotix, and later became a semi-regular part of the video game continuity. Knuckles’ Chaotix starred seven characters, including Knuckles the Echidna and Mighty the Armadillo, who both appeared in earlier games (Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and SegaSonic the Hedgehog respectively). However, more recent incarnations of the team include only three of these: Vector the Crocodile, Espio the Chameleon, and Charmy Bee.
