Exiles 23 showed a reality where Tony Stark had manipulated the entire world into electing him Emperor of the Planet for life. All heroes or villains who opposed were murdered, and the only people he does not dominate on the planet are the Inhumans, lead by a married Black Bolt and Sue Storm. He was killed by Sue after finally dominating the Inhumans.
