I own about 10 screenplay/ shooting script books and War of the Worlds is the best one! The author writes an engaging screenplay that breaks away from the traditional boring format. I really liked that the book also included an interview with the writer. As an independent screenplay writer I learned a lot about this writer’s process and how it might help me in my own writing. If you are a film lover I strongly recommend this book.
