Kaare Andrews is a Canadian comic book writer and artist and filmmaker known for his cover work on Incredible Hulk and many other comic books published by Marvel Comics. He was the first recipient of The Shuster Award for Outstanding Artist in 2005 for his work on Spider-Man: Doctor Octopus. Andrews’ early work includes short stories published in anthology books. Andrews was part of the Writer’s Bloc club that originated on Wizard Magazine’s Wizard World website. He has worked on Incredible Hulk, Ultimate X-Men, Gen13, The Amazing Spider-Man and The Matrix Comics. Andrews wrote and drew a four-issue mini-series for Marvel known as Spider-Man: Reign set 35 years in the future starring a retired Spider-Man.
