Naked Lunch is a 1991 American science fiction-fantasy drama film written and directed by David Cronenberg and starring Peter Weller, Ian Holm, Judy Davis and Roy Scheider. It is a film adaptation of William S. Burroughs’ novel of the same name. Bill Lee is an exterminator who, along with his wife, has become addicted to bug repellent powder. One night, while on a bit of a bender, Bill accidentally shoots his wife, Joan, in the head during a game of William Tell. Following this, he uses the powder to go on a seemingly endless trip, ripe with sinister cabals, talking bugs, and journalistic endeavors. Peter Boretski voiced the creatures.
